When asked about the success of Key Man Lock & Safe, Owner and Master Locksmith Glenn Letteer had this to say "When I opened Key Man 25 years ago I has no idea the direction the company would take. At the time I was a General Locksmith providing mobile service only. I knew nothing about operating a business. After completing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, things began to make more sense. I was able to operate the back office portion of the business and inventory more effectively.
